Nestled in Palo Verde, El Guarco de Cartago, our retreat at 6000 feet is a haven surrounded by nature. You will journey through lush mountains and rivers reconnecting with yourself, and you will be part of a circle of women, each on their life journey, letting go of the past.
Our 100-acre paradise was a visionary's dream, with thousands of trees planted decades ago, now a regenerated forest backdrop. There, you will find strength and worth in nature's embrace.

We start the evening with a ceremony to open the portal to transformation and set intentions for the week. We make introductions to get to know each participant and your guide during this retreat, Simonne, whose contagious enthusiasm will set the stage for the days to come.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $500 deposit is required at the time of registration. Deposits are refundable (minus the Credit Card fees incurred if paying with a credit card) until October 8th, 2024. After October 8th, 2024, deposits become 100% nonrefundable. 50% of the trip balance is due by October 20th, 2024. The remaining balance is due by November 20th, 2024. Any cancellation made between October 8th and November 8th, 2024, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after November 8th, 2024, will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit is refunded in full). We also reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

Simonne Rossi, is dedicated to empowering women using ancient wisdom with modern strategies.
My own odyssey of self-discovery began amidst life-altering changes – whether it's navigating the transition to empty nest hood, grappling with the profound grief of losing a loved one, or facing other significant shifts that impact women over 50. I am a holistic practitioner, Mindset trainer for mindfulness and emotional intelligence, an intuitive healer, Reiki master and Qigong practitioner with 40 years of experience. I guide individuals towards greater self-awareness, healing and transformation. I bring my own experience into everything I teach, leading with heartfelt intuition. I am renowned for my compassionate presence and innate wisdom.

1. What is included in the 1 year Coaching Program?
The coaching program includes monthly VIP sessions, tailored resources and workshops, healing practices, and access to a private, supportive Facebook group. This group provides a space to connect with other women on similar journeys, share progress, ask questions, and receive support throughout the year.
2. Can I book just the Costa Rica retreat?
Yes! If the full year of coaching isn’t right for you at the moment, you have the option to book only the Costa Rica retreat. This way, you can still enjoy the benefits of the retreat experience, including healing sessions, transformative exercises, guided meditations, and the fire ceremony in a beautiful, tranquil setting.
3. How do I join the program?
Once you register , you'll automatically be enrolled in the coaching program for 2025, just after the retreat . There is no separate registration required for the program—The retreat is included in the price.
4. What can I expect to learn in the1 year program?
Each month focuses on a different aspect of personal transformation, including clarity, emotional healing, confidence building, and vision setting. By the end of the program, you'll be empowered to embrace new habits, create lasting change, manifest powerful intentions . We will start to manifest for 2025, during a special manifestation ceremony at the retreat.
5. Is there a specific time for the monthly sessions?
Yes, each session will be scheduled at a set time each month. We’ll share the full schedule upon registration, and recordings will be available if you miss a live session.

7. How do I register for the retreat and program?
An interview is required on the phone before any registration, and if this program is for you, you will be sent a link for payment.
8. Can I participate in the program if I don't attend the retreat?
Yes you can buy just the program, but the price won't change since this is theprice of the program and the retreat is a bonus. That would be a shame not to go on the retreat!
What is the itinerary? You will spend 6 nights at the beautiful Verdesana Luxury eco lodge. Each day will include Qigong- yoga sessions, meditation, ceremonies, excursions, personal coaching, fabulous meals and plenty of down time for yourself. Other special events include a magical full day excursion to the sacred ground of Iratzu volcano and Hot springs, a manifesting fire ceremony, a sound healing session, drums circle, and a personal journey that will change your life!
What is included in my registration? If you chose the full package you will get a full year VIP coaching, resources, etc, plus access to the retreat in Costa RIca. which includes Your room for 6 nights. All meal, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, snacks, drinks, coffee, tea. Transportation to/from the airport at designated times. All entrance fees for special events. Personalized coaching. I need a roommate – how do I arrange that? If you have a friend you can bring her with you, if not we can arrange to pair you with some other participant
Where do I fly into? Fly into San Jose International Airport Costa Rica Juan Santamaria Airport (SJO)
Can I bring my kids/partner? As much as we love kids, this retreat is for adults only. Partners are welcome if they are attending the retreat.
Is there transportation from the airport to the retreat venue? Yes, transportation will be provided from San Jose International Airport on December 8th and return to the airport on December 14th., 2024.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes, the restaurant on site can accommodate several dietary restrictions,, and other requests.
Is it safe to travel to Costa Rica? Costa Rica is a very friendly country. We will be monitoring the Embassy website and updating all participants accordingly.
What is the weather like? December is a delightful weather in the cloud forest, it is the dry season. The days are mostly sunny with a gentle cool breeze and an average temperature of 22°C (72°F). And the nights feel a bit chill at 18°C (64°F). It is the Best Time to visit.
What do I pack? •Your Passport •Yoga mat is optional – resort has some to borrow if needed •ONLY biodegradable soaps, shampoos, etc. •Slip on shoes/flip flops •Hiking/walking shoes (closed toed) •Sunscreen (bio-degradable) •Sun Hat •Feminine Hygiene Products (Tampons are difficult to find in CR) •Light jacket or wrap for the unusual chilly night. •Journal/Diary and pen. •Non-disposable water bottle (metal or glass recommended) •Cash (U.S. dollars are accepted in Costa Rica) •Computer and cellphones are safe to bring, •Please, NO disposable plastic bottles or bags LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES AT HOME!
Do I need Travelers’ insurance? I would highly recommend you purchase a traveler’s insurance that includes Trip Cancellation and Medical Insurance. Worldnomads.com has a standard plan starting around $100.00 to $164.00 that covers things such as emergency accident & sickness medical expenses, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, lost baggage, trip delays and other mishaps. How can I offset the impact of my traveling by plane? You can purchase “Carbon Offsets” for your trip to neutralize your carbon footprint.
